I have used Slatefell motors for 3 years now, I have found them to be professional polite and courteous.
As well as carrying out various repairs on my cars they have also carried out MOT tests for me, my cars have always been ready for me at the time they said it would be and at the price given.
As a professional person I have recommended them to friends and colleagues and all have said they were very pleased with the service provided.
On one occasion a colleague had broken down in the early evening and two members of staff had attended them out of hours, although the car could not be repaired at the roadside they had assisted by driving the colleague to an important appointment and providing them with alternative transport till their car was repaired.
Excellent service
I was welcomed by a member of staff, who dealt efficiently with me, when I put my car in for MOT. They found the cause of a slow puncture and repaired it so I could collect at end of their working day. Unable to take payment at that time I took my car and returned the next day

Wouldn't even give it one star! Absolute rip off and tell you they will phone you back when they don't! I had to ring back every time to find out what was happening with my car. Car was in this garage three months ago and had to have a new battery and alternator in... My husband even gave them £40 tip as they done it in a few days last minute.... This time round JOKE when they should of spot this problem three months back!!!! And we get charged a rip off!!! Don't waste your time with this garage they don't seem to want your custom and they couldn't care less!!!
