Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante nonostante fossimo dubbiosi riguardo alle recensioni.
Siamo invece rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dalla qualità del cibo, che reputo essere più che buona.
Abbiamo provato i secondi (il filetto al pepe verde con contorno di verdure o patatine fritte, salmí di cervo e stinco) e i dolci (dolce del giorno, strudel e panna cotta). Prezzi nella media per Cervinia, avrei tolto un paio di €€ per portata ma niente di esagerato.
Probabilmente le recensioni sono fasulle, andate oltre al punteggio e provatelo.
Ottima location, camerieri gentilisseri e cordiali. Molto buono. Eravamo in otto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

The food was not cooked well. Everything was bland and the flavors were not there at all. Three of my friends ordered rare steak and it was raw with absolute zero frying surface (it was gray, not brown). Has the chef heard about the maillard reaction?
I ordered the pork shank and it tasted absolutely nothing, it was the recommendation of the waiter. If that is what the waiter recommends, I wonder what he eats at home.
The service was ok until we told them the food was bad.
Отличное место. Ужин можно заказать в 17:30, а не ждать до 19:00 как в других местах. Персонал приветливый. Блюда вкусные из хороших продуктов. Особенно понравился суп-гуляш. Отзывы с оценкой 1* и 2* не соответствуют действительности
We had a good dinner here our last night in Cervinio. I had the Cote de boeuf that was well prepared and the other meals were also good. Don't think this place deserves it's ranking, so I had to write something.
Very service minded and kind staff, amazing food and the atmosphere is really cozy. This was the second time we visited Ski Paradise (a year apart) and our family very much enjoyed our visit!
