Went with my fiancee and saw an absolutely disgusting GP Dr Zamurrad awful bedside manner couldn't be bothered to introduce herself or ever ask if the right person's walked into the room. Didn't look up from her computer once cut off my fiancee nearly every sentence and just sounded completelydisinterest. Condescending, ignorant and just a truly disgusting GP. Certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone and that doctor is a disgrace to their profession.
I was able to call and make an appointment for a few days later. The receptionist was really helpful and called me back later once she had checked about another query I had. My appointment with the locum doctor ran on time. He was thorough in his checks and provided clear information and guidance about what to do next.
Appointment system useless, website says you can call in to surgery to book an appointment, no you can't. Got to ring for an appointment at 8 am, asked receptionist what happens if I can't get one, you'll have to try following day. Good look getting through. Put off going to gp cos knew I wouldn't get an appointment the system is useless. Will have to phone 111.
I tried for 2 weeks of phoning at 8 a.m. to get an appointment but still could not get one. The reception staff are rude and uncaring. I've ended up paying £170 to see a Doctor privately at The Park.
God knows what they do all day at this Medical Centre but it's definitely not seeing patients. I have been with them many years but will now be moving from Dr. Hook and his medicine show.
Absolutely shocking rude receptionists dont give you time to explain unconcerned, stupid phone system since they have joined up with Huthwaite always a long queue 8 or more, what a joke.
I truly miss this surgery since I left the area. My current GP has not even seen me face to face, and since I moved I have developed a painful spinal condition on top of all my other difficulties. Had I known how badly I was going to be treated in the new area GP wise, I would never have left Sutton. This surgery went above and beyond, even during lockdown, they continued to provide superb medical care to all their patients. Covid protocols were followed to the tee, the staff remained very helpful, nothing about this service is provided was negatively impacted by Covid in my opinion, if anything, they worked extra hard to look after their patients during the worst part of the pandemic. Covid was never an excuse not to provide essential medical services to their patients.
To say I miss the care I received here is an understatement. It is not very nice being in constant pain and having NO access to GP services whatsoever. I really wish I could move back to Sutton, and I wish I had never left for this reason.
You won't be let down by this surgery, even if it is a bit difficult to get through on the phone, it is well worth it, because the care you will receive will be second to none. However to be fair, I never experienced problems getting through on the phone, I never waited longer than say five minutes each time I needed to call them.
Their nurse practitioner is so lovely, I miss her SO much. I miss being able to talk to someone who understands my Autism. Now I have nobody at all, I feel like a fish out of water here. Moving areas was the biggest mistake I have ever made in all my life.
rang surgery with a problem I was worried about spoke to a lady called hayley who's calming voice helped me relax enough to explain then in a matter of minutes she had sorted it I was so relieved an Happy thank you hayley ur a credit to ur job xx
Not a good experience. A recent problem has meant that I have had to use this surgery several times in the last 2-3 months. Doctor was unhelpful and sarcastic and communication in respect of how to deal with my problem was very poor. I ended up in A&E eventually (never have I had to do that before!). I very rarely use the services of the NHS, I'm not someone who is at the doctor for every minor ailment. But I have worked all my life and paid my NI so I am entitled to good care. We know they are under pressure, however basic information on how to progress with your particular condition is vital, not just being fobbed off with 'just take the tablets and see how you get on'. I have since taken advice from another source and its totally different to what the doctor told me to do. I fell better already. I am now in the process of changing my GP as I would be extremely reluctant to go back to this surgery for any future advice/treatment.
