Have used this place about 10 times over the last 2 years and it's a little pricey however the quality of the fish and chips is excellent.
I am not a local as I live about 10 miles away,but do try and use when in area.
Tonight I paid £18.00 for a fish and chips and a mini fish and chips.
We are so disappointed as the fish was small and had obviously been left for ages in cabinet and dried out and batter was inedible the chips and fish were only tepid.
This was the last time I will go and once I tell everyone I know who live near I presume they will use somewhere else.
My advice to the shop is throw things in bin instead of adopting the attitude of passing onto hardworking loyal customers.

Having just moved to the area, I tried the local chip shop, what a great peace of fish, fabulous tasting gravy and the two young lady’s where very polite, I apologise again for knocking down the wooden forks from the counter.
Food tasted good but had a chicken kebab which was mynute for the money. Don't think I will be returning.
If Carlsberg did fish & chips…..

A group of us are staying at the Wolverley CCC Site we decided to have a hot dog supper.
i found the Sion hill chip shop and as it’s close to the site i decided to order chips to be delivered to the site for the evening
Not only were there delivered right on time to reception, but they were piping hot and delicious.
Three very large portions. and i do mean large. with delivery £12-50
I have informed the site managers. about the shop as they were not aware that they delivered and will now place the information on their notice board.
Will we use them again. most definitely. . many thanks for good friendly service
Very large portions, the fish was like a shark, cooked perfectly and the chips were fantastic. Will definitely be paying regular visits.
First time here as new to the area.. just brilliant! Tried the cod and the halloumi and chips - excellent vegetarian options here! Friendly staff too :) definitely be back
Had fish and chips delivered last night chips OK but that's the only good thing, fish freezing cold and batter raw, my wife had large chicken meat an chips, we'll it looked like it had been scraped up off floor but left half of chicken meat on floor, absolutely terrible meal.
