Myself and my family have been using this place for around 2 years and its been fine, tonight we ordered our normal, when it turned up it looked fine but when we tried to eat the king prawn balls they had clearly gone off, the prawns stank and tasted terrible, I tried to talk to someone at the restaurant but they didn't seem to get how serious off seafood can be and just offered us free prawns next time , I have reported them to the food standards agency as if elderly or young were to eat these they could possibly die.
Last time ordering from here.
We've never normally had an issue but Singapore Island has gone down hill massively.
If one of us in the group turned it down may have just said that person was having an off day but the whole group ended up just binning our food.
Worst part was the Chicken balls overdone batter with pink chicken inside,
We won't be going back here again for our Chinese cravings.

Ordered food for deliver.y £40. Quality of the food was shockingly poor. Spare ribs were hard and tough with little flavor. Pork curry no flavour and the pork was very tough. Prawn crackers and chow mein poor quality. Most of this rubbish went in the bin and we won't be using them again.
So I have had sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style from here and it was nice but way too much pineapple, also crispy shredded duck and the last 2 times I’ve had massive chunks of cartilage in it and it’s been absolutely disgusting. I have also tried their chips and they seem nice pretty standard, the sweet and sour sauce is ilumanous orange and runny depends how you like it if you will like it or not I prefer it dark orange and thicker. Delivery time is good and quick but if you live in a flat prepare for your buzzer to be pushed 1000 times in a short space of time. Still order from here tho so can’t be that bad????????
Excellent quality food. Have been going here for about 10 years. Reasonable prices and staff efficient and helpful.
