Just had a great experience with the team at Simpsons. As someone who drives a car but knows nothing about them I often feel uncomfortable when I have to go to a garage. Ryan made everything easy for me. The work was done in a timely manner and he made sure I understood what needed to be done. I'd happily recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use again in the future (although I hope not too often!????)
Sent my car in to get some nasty marks that had been there since I bought it fixed - and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I’ve never seen the car look so great… looks brand new. You can’t tell there was ever any damage, and they even fixed some additional paintwork scratches near the area I was getting done anyway - totally above and beyond! Colour is 100% perfect. Really fast and prompt service (handed in the car in the morning and got a call for pickup the very next morning) and overall great quality work! Highly recommend.

Edit November 2022. Turns out I did need them again! Great service again & fats work. Possibly on the ££ side, but worth it for the quality. Will be my first port of call if I have an issue in future.

I have now used the services of Simpson's accident repair twice now, (must be jinxed) and most importantly on each occasion, these guys have offered a fantastic service with outstanding results.
There is a courtesy car available if required but with the speed of they're service, it won't be used for long.
Overall, a fantastic service provided, when you wish you didn't need it.
Genuine, friendly, and helpful. Advised me to get a second-hand part which saved me well over £100, hardly charged anything for the labour to install it, and even performed an extra repair whilst they were at it at no extra charge (which I'd not even directly asked them to do). Very pleased!
