Not used them before and needed an MOT this week so took a chance and had a great experience. Very polite and friendly and despite not being local will consider using again. Strongly recommend.
Excellent service, staff are great, mot done in no time at all, definitely recommend. Motorhomes no problem.
Car died on the way there so I was 10 mins late. The guy looked up just long enough to say "well I can't help you then" then ignored me as I went and bought a new battery and had to change it 2m Infront of him to be able to drive home. I admit I was late but he really made me feel worthless. No explanation that the test takes a long time or the rest of the day was booked solid, no attempt to rebook.
I'm sure they do good work when they feel like it and the rest of them have better people skills.
What a thoroughly nice couple of guys to deal with- I know where I'll be going in the future! Happy to stand and chat cars for 20 minutes after passing mine and, unlike some places, not incentivised to find things to repair. Highly recommended.
I’ve used Simply mot’s for a number of years they are great to deal with.
Thy also do our 6 Monthly VCT (vehicle’s compliance test) that I have to have for Wealden district council as we run a licensed chauffeur business,
I keep my vehicles in tip top condition and have never had a car fail yet. But I now if something was wrong I would expect them to fail it .
I use them because they are thorough.
They managed to fit in my MOT, despite being really busy. Very helpful and service is first class, lovely couple run the place. If you need an MOT in Uckfield THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO COME!
