Had beef chow mein with five bits of beef that were so tough you could could put them on the soles of your feet and walk with them. Duck with pineapple with pineapple that tasted it had been in the freezer for years. All in all a very disappointing meal from here and will not be returning and would not recommend.
Really disappointed in my meal tonight. My first choice was unavailable so had to choose something else. The soup which tasted like weak dishwater, had leaked out of the lid into the bag on the way home because it wasn't closed properly. The main course also was watery and tasteless. Sorry.
Quick and easy ordering and ready right away when I got there.
Food was delicious - slightly smaller portions than other places I have been before however it was full of flavour!
Would definitely recommend and I will be back again for sure!
Had a craving for sweet and sour battered pork last week and as I'm a pensioner and live locally to the Silver River I thought I'd try them out....ordered my meal and off home, salivating at the thought of my meal....got home and bit into my pork ball and chewed...and chewed...and chewed.. it was terrible, so returned with my meal complaining about the quality of the pork, I think they used frozen leg of pork which doesn't suit quick deep frying, and fair enough they exchanged my meal (after I paid the extra!!) for s/s King prawns...which were well overcooked and served with the same sauce made of fruit juice, sugar, vinegar a bit of tomato purrè and cornflower, in a very small pot!! don't get me wrong I only wanted edible sweet and sour battered pork balls from my local Chinese takeaway...but hey!!! Anyone recommend a good Chinese takeaway??
The chicken was absolutly terrible. Tried giving my left over chicken and black bean sauce to my dog and even she didn't eat it. We've eaten here a lot, and would agree with old comments. Although, they have clearly downgraded the quality of their meat (including beef) in order to make more money. I couldn't encourage people more to avoid this restaurant.
This was by far the worst meal I have eaten in all my years, and I have had some bad food I can tell you that. The chicken was the deciding fact in this review, if you can even call it chicken. The standard joke being a skilled vet could bring this back to life simply does not apply as this barely even resembles chicken, other than the fact that it states it on the ingredients. What a shame.
Worst Chinese I’ve ever had - read some good reviews and so was expecting good things but couldn’t have been more wrong. The chicken is NOT chicken, with a very slimy consistency and doesn’t even look like chicken should. Value for money is also very very poor. Would not recommend.
We ordered 2 mixed vegetable dishes instead we got 2 mixed beansprouts. Think i saw about 2 small slivers of carrot in the whole dish. Rude woman on the phone didn't even see a problem with this. Food wasnt even very nice especially not for the cost.
