Don't go here unless you want to part with your hard earned money and come back with a car full of interesting stuff. It's massive and it will take you all day to walk around all the stalls. Amazing food there was even entertainment
I recently attended the Silloth car boot sale on both Sunday and bank holiday Monday, and I must say that I had a fantastic time. The admission fee was only one pound, and children were allowed in for free, which was a great value. The people running the event were incredibly friendly, and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived.
The range of stalls was impressive, with everything from tombola to fresh food available. I was particularly impressed by the selection of cheap trainers, which were great quality and a real bargain. Overall, the prices were very reasonable, and I managed to find some real gems that I wouldn't have found elsewhere.
One of the things I appreciated most about the Silloth car boot sale was the sense of community. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I felt like I was part of something special. It was clear that people come from all over to attend this event, and I can see why.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the Silloth car boot sale to anyone looking for a fun day out with friends or family. The admission fee is affordable, and the range of stalls is impressive. Plus, the friendly people and community spirit make it a truly special event.
Ẁe visited at 11.30 on Sunday and we were charged to enter. When we got in, most of the stalls were already packing up. The whole market/car boot sale was really small.
We were very disappointed as it was advertised as a massive market and car boot, but we probably saw about 20 stalls. We paid to park and only stayed 45 minutes. ended up with a puncture because of the gravel entrance too.
Not what I was expecting. Very little in terms of variety, poorly surfaced car park (caused a puncture). More than enough space to be bigger and better.
Maybe too early in the season yet. A bit of a cheek to charge you to be honest. Try again later in the summer.
Get there early for meat man , sold out at 10 am
Not many car boot stalls
1st Sunday in may
We love this market but we preferred it when it was displayed on all of the car park!......there is a £1 charge to get in but there was no one on the car park to help with spaces and I banged my car in one of those tyre weights, costly accident, if someone would have been there to show us spaces like what's happened in the past ..I dare say it would have happened. There seemed to be alot of staff on entering
