I have used this butchers 3 times so far,the staff are excellent;and always go out of the their way to provide what you want ,most impressed and will continue now to use this butcher,five star + is what I think ,Well done.
Popped in today for the first time, very friendly welcoming atmosphere, it is immediately clear that they know exactly what they are doing, everything is clean and tidy and the most important point the food is absolutely top quality, I didn’t realise just how incredible bacon could be ! Would be more than five stars if it were an option thanks guys!
The place is spotless and the staff are really helpful. They are only having two people in the shop at the same time. And they are wearing masks and there is a sign masks required. They have a really good selection of different pies, and they are really good. There is also other different options of pasties etc but I have not tried them yet. They are really helpful if you have a budget and ask for meat up to that amount, they ask if you would like sausages, mince etc then not go over what you have to spend. And they do not make you feel embarrassed in anyway. There meat selection is really good quality, and they will happily help you with whatever you need, and you know its lovely and fresh and of really good quality and tastes great. So if you want to support a local business you really can't go wrong using this butchers totally recommend them.

Really good freshly made pies there, good amount of meat inside and taste lovely plus the Sausage rolls are yummy. Award winning Sausage and burgers made and sold there.
The staff make it a 5 ???? star for me as always friendly which makes it a pleasure to shop there.
Couldn't find lamb mince in Bexhill, and I won't buy meat from supermarkets. Phoned Sidley butcher. He had it, and it was of a very high standard. All of the meat looked beautiful. I am definitely going to buy all my meat here from now on.
We’ve been using Sidley butchers for 3 years for our Christmas order. We moved back to Surrey this year but decided we would still place our order of a large rolled Turkey, Beef roasting joint and gluten free sausage meat at Sidley butchers. We were so pleased we did. We had an early family Christmas yesterday and everyone said how lovely the dinner was. Will definitely continue to use them.
We had already fallen in love with the great selection of sausages and excellent service on offer, so decided to go with Sidley Village Butchers for our Christmas meat. The joints were faultless, especially the beef. Good size, great quality, fabulous dinner....
Good quality meat and butcher who know their stuff. Brought a goose for Christmas and wanted it boned. They did a fantastic job. We shop there every week. The meat is excellent quality. Especially the lamb.
They offer pre cooked home made pies and savoury pasties too for quick snacks and lunch boxes.
An all round brilliant place. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended
