Considering we went late on a Friday night, I must say, Side Street did not disappoint. Food was fresh, tasty and filling. A bit gutted that the Philly cheese fries weren't available, but I guess that's what you get for going at 11pm
The staff was very helpful, a young lady named Anu, made sure we got what we needed, was attentive and helpful as we had two children with us. Service was with a smile even though it was busy and it seemed they may have been understaffed. The staff member was kind enough to not rush us with our food and we were the last ones in the restaurant. They kindly stayed open past closing time so that we could attend to our children and enjoy our food without rushing too much. Drinks were quite pleasant too. Pricing is a little steep but the quality of the food made it worth it. All in all a great experience, will definitely visit again.
Really enjoyed their brisket burgers, super tender and just melts in your mouth. Loaded fries/totters was also good too. They have some interesting soda drinks too. Staff were friendly, place was clean and tidy

I had an incredible experience at this burger joint! The burgers, smoked chicken thighs and brisket were phenomenal, bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. The customer service was top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff. The carolina reaper burger is not for the faint hearted but a spice lover like myself, you can't top it! Despite the busy opening night with a 50% off promotion, they didn't compromise the quality of the food. I can't wait to return for another delicious meal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The smash burger was amazing, probably one of the best I’ve had! The bun was warm and the patty was cooked to perfection. I tried the Carolina reaper wings, which were SO spicy that even my Asian palate struggled, however they were packed with flavour! The second time I went I got myself a brisket burger, it was my first time trying brisket in general and it had a nice smokey taste! I preferred the smash over the brisket but all in all it looks like it’ll become a regular spot. Also, it was nice seeing a range of alternative drinks that were fantastic to say the least.
