The lady at the counter was respectful, polite and helpful. She was prompt with her timescale and cooked the food fresh out of the pan. No short cuts. Her customer service skills are stellar and her service is flawless.
I love food from the Southeast, particularly Thai & Cambodian. Unfortunately, this didn’t meet my expectations.
The salt & pepper wings and chips were very underwhelming and disappointing. It didn’t do it for me. Not once did I get any bursts of that distinct sweet, sour, salty, spicy or creamy flavor that Thai food is well known for. The wings and chips were dry and the texture of the wings wasn’t crispy on the outside or succulent on the inside.
The noodles were bland & flavorless, it was dosed up with spice.
I will give this another chance once I am back in town and try something else on the menu. I am in the hope I can change this review.

Nice salt and pepper wings, wasn't too keen on the salt and vinegar wings. Pad Thai was lovely but don't ask for it to be too spicy or just avoid the spice as would taste much better without it. The spice just tasted like it necessary artificial heat. Didn't feel it was part of the cooking process or infused but just heat for the sake of it.
I always wonder where the noodle place went from the blackburn market. didn’t realise they lived to whalley range. the food is fantastic, fresh cooked in from if you. waiting time can take 15 mins which is right if cooking fresh. loved the food always have and now i know where they are. will be my fav place. wow! wings, salt and pepper chips, wings with veg. hmmm lovely.. prawn crackers my fav too..
Just Awful. Having read many '5-STAR' reviews. I visited this place only to find it's really a hit and miss place and only for a few.
It was just horrendous I tried to eat anyway and struggled through because I was hungry and have not eaten all day nothing else to eat. Im gonna be starving tomorrow now as it's too late to get food in from elsewhere. : (

I'm definitely not disappointed. I found a place that does Tom yum fried rice as you would get in Thailand. Lovely food and service was great.

Food is super super tasty every time, prices are great value and the people behind the counter always go above and beyond to sort you out with some of their delicious meals. 10/10

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food here, I have high expectations with food and Siam Zaap exceeded them.
Delicious food, great customer service and a very nice and clean kitchen/dining area.
It is also great to have this place so local to us.

I would so recommend you try these guys. I’m quite the foodie, but I’ve never really had an interest for noodles before. That has changed because of these guys! The food is absolutely delicious and so FRESH and clean. Unlike the usual takeaway, I can feel the difference in my body with the quality of nutritious ingredients these guys use.
Perhaps my favourite part is the customer service. I just really enjoy talking to them too. Adds a lot of joy to my day. They even took my feedback very serious to get a card machine and got it sorted immediately so that they can now take card payments!
Just a really well run food outlet. Honestly give it a go. Tasty, well cooked and nutritious food with beautiful customer service. What more do you want? Believe me I rarely leave reviews.
