The best place in Peterborough to get photos developed. I've been going here for a while and always get great quality scans of my negatives. There's also always a good selection of vintage lenses in the window.
Don’t waste your time with other Chemists looking for something specific just go to Shrives who have things others don’t always well stocked up. Always great service and good professional help.
Visited while working away in peterborough . Was refused service after my physio recommended some medication that can be bought over the counter . The pharmacist told me to go to the doctor . Went to a pharmacy over the road and served me no problem . !!! Weird
So incredibly rude! Went in to buy a low mg co codamol which the doctor recommends and is something you can buy over the counter in any other chemist and they were plain rude! Claiming that I have to get the doctor to write out a prescription (which they don’t) or they can talk to them on the phone (which is impossible to do at 2pm) one of the employees was just shaking her head and walking away from me. Also telling me to “Go there then” It wasn’t until another employee was called over who asked the right questions and agreed I can buy them. The other employee who was telling me false information then told me “that’s all you had to say” but it’s not my fault they weren’t asking the right questions!!
I have used this chemist for many many years but have never been treated so poorly!
Shrives chemist is the best chemist I have ever encountered, they are so caring of their patient customer interest & also goes that extra yard to ensure customers are safe, I was ill for a month & eventually managed to speak to a doctor, I was prescribed medication to help & after a call to Shrives they delivered it to me the same day, don’t know of any other chemist that would be concerned enough to do that,
This chemist is the best!. They always strive to help their customers as much as possible. Needed new medicine urgently Doctor sent prescription. Delivered to me at home 3 hours later! That is only one of the ways they have helped me. Definitely recommend
Very good pharmacy with excellent customer service.
So professional and helpful, I couldn't get my prescription from Rowlands as they said it was unavailable from their suppliers, but a friend recommended shrives. They told me it was in stock and put one aside for me, what excellent service, thank you do much.
