It was my first time to bring my car to this garage, I was amazed to their customer service, very accommodating and very helpful. Jay is fantastic person straight away he sorted the issue of my car. I can recommend to all my friends the kind of customer service I got from Shreeve & Mardell garage.
In terms of customer experience, this is the best garage I've been to in the past 20 years of being a car owner. I've been twice now and the owner was super friendly, explained things clearly in layman's terms, did the work promptly, showed me exactly what had been repaired, and just seemed to be a much more pleasant experience compared to other garages I've been to. I’d definitely recommend Shreeve & Mardell, and will be using them myself in the future.
I was let down by a local service centre for my MOT and Tanvic Tyres recommended Jay at Shreeve & Mardell. I had to get the car sorted quickly and the team were brilliant, making sure it got sorted, carrying out work and calling me back to collect all within a couple of hours at zero notice. Cannot thank them enough and will always use them in the future. Consider this a new regular customer after outstanding customer service.
Recommended by Darren at ATS when I needed a wheel bearing replacing and my usual garage is closed on a Saturday. What a find! Jay is a top bloke, polite, knows his stuff, respectful and listens to the customer. Replaced the bearing on a very tight deadline so I could make an afternoon appointment. Fair price. Talked everything through. Happy to recommend and happy to go back.
