Do not ever use this shop to return an Amazon package via Evri. Despite stating clearly on the return that I did not need to package, the guy who served me (bald and in his late 50s) would not accept the return. He was very rude and condescending. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone who works in a shop and was completely shocked by his attitude. A little bit of courtesy goes a long way. I will not be going there for again!

‘Lost’ my parcel. I arrived to collect my parcel three days before the stipulated deadline for collection and was rudely told I took too long to collect it and should have come immediately, so they’d sent it back. I was away so could not collect the parcel right away and nonetheless arrived before the deadline Evri gave me. Manager told me he gave the parcel back to the carrier but it has not been returned to the sender and not in the system of the carrier, still marked as delivered. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Don’t get your parcels delivered here.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Miserable, rude man. After queuing to get my package i was told to ‘stand over there ive got customers to serve’ with a two year old. After waiting and clearly being upset he refused to give me my package he told me his scanner ‘wasnt working’ after not even trying to use it. Although all other customers sending and receiving packages going in after me seemed to be successful doing so. If you are not willing to serve hermes customers as well as your own then you shouldnt work with hermes.Appaling!
I have been dropping Hermes parcels at Shopoint and using them for other stuff as well for years, and all the staff have always been brilliant. Very professional and always quick to help. Someone who especially stands out is Mr. Khan who is always, friendly, polite, helpful, informative and quick to service the customers. I also love the way he makes friendly jokes with the customers and he always has an astounding customer service. I have noticed a few times when I take my Hermes parcels in, that a lot of customers are being horrible to staff and shout at them about the Hermes service which is not very nice at all. What these people don't realise is that Shopoint and Hermes are two different things. Shopoint has nothing to do with Hermes and their services, when they are down, or don't work for example the faulty barcodes or the machine in the shop that prints of labels not functioning. It's not fair on the staff there been treated that way and in an unfairly manner because they are trying to their job and if there's problems with Hermes is not their fault. Keep up that good work! Really nice and friendly staff, lovely fresh fruits and a good variety of food there. Recently Khan help me with a issue with my parcel it could has cost me a lot of money to deliver that to the wrong address and his support was great! nice to have such a great convenient store near by :)
They make you use cash to top up electric/gas and then inspect ever note been a regular customer for years never happened before lady serving needs retraining also don’t credit the energy vouchers breaking pay points rules
Saturday as I have done in the past, I popped in to send a package thru their hermes print service. Sadly and maybe due to the fact they had a supplier in their shop requesting for payment for money over due, I was told to leave and go to another shop, by the gentlemen behind the counter. From what I can tell he had become annoyed as I was asking for assistance to why the service was not working correctly. I drove down to Masons Corner MiniMarket and had no issues and theyacted professionally.
Later that weekend I questioned this behaviour in other shops next to Shopoint and sadly got the acknowledgement that customer service lacks at times. Pity I will no longer be using them as per request of the gentlemen "to use other shop".
