I won’t lie . I did go a bit Karen at them. Due to a situation that often happens. But the outcome was great. The manager delivered my missing medication . So a nice review was required
Actually a joy to collect my prescriptions from this pharmacy. Always happy to see me and service is very fast, well done.
Just had covid booster, not impressed. Did not gel hands between customers/at all. Worrying as rubbed thumb over injection site when finished. Basic hygiene. Had appointment but large queue of people without appointments who just walked in. Door to room left open so queue could hear patients medical histories.
Wow. What a change. Since change over from Lloyds. Tablets always ready. Friendly and lovely kind and helpful. Texts to advise of collection. Well done very welcome change!!

I am at home from university and I didn't have enough of my medication to see me through until I go back, and I was really struggling to get a one-off prescription sorted through my GP. Everyone I spoke to was telling me to do different things, one of which being to contact my local pharmacy to see if they could help. I spoke to the pharmacist named Noman at Lloyds Pharmacy on Grove Road a few times over the phone to explain the situation and to try to come to a solution. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact my GP, he was a massive help in getting me enough medication to last me until I leave Southampton. Thank you Noman!
Aside from this one-off incident, the staff in the pharmacy have always been very helpful, and provide a quick service. Sometimes the pharmacy is understaffed, but they still try their best and work hard at providing a good service.
