My experience at Shirley car care was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Shirley Car Care for anyone in need of reliable, affordable, trustworthy and skilled automotive services. Thank you George for your outstanding work and dedication to your craft!
The service and attention was very poor. My break pads and disks needed to be replaced, and which I knew before arrival. They drove the car around, and without even lifting it, they assumed the calliper needed to be repaired. I had to pay £80 in cash (they don’t accept card), to tell me what I already knew. They then gave me a quote of £1000 to change the parts including labouring.
I took the car to another garage recommended by a friend in Ocean village. They charged £20 pounds, they lifted and show me the condition of the parts before doing anything. No replace but a minor repair of the calliper was needed. Nevertheless, they offered to change it for an overall price of £600. This included a break fluid change.
In my opinion they aren’t ethical and are only there to get money (as we all are) but in their case, no professionalism involved.
We’ve had our Qashqai serviced several times at Shirley Car Care and can’t say but good words about the work George and the team have done. Every time I needed work has been done in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
I called up looking to have my rear brake disc's & pads replaced on the same day and this garage not only took on the work last minute but after finding a seized calliper they stayed on working late to make sure I had my vehicle back the same day.
This garage is the first I've used which went the extra mile and did it all for a fair reasonable price and I can't recommend them enough!
Even down to the lovely lady on reception who was polite and very clear with the information passed on everything was a pleasure to deal with.
Exceptional Mechanic's, fantastic reception staff and the top man himself was a pleasure to do business with.
You won't find better customer service or quality of work.

A good honest service and were quick and diligent with the repairs when needed. Were flexible in how they dealt with the vehicle and timings. Overall I was happy with how everything was done.

Back again for another service and MOT on a different vehicle now and again it was a fast, reliable economical and friendly service. As good as it has been since I first started using them. Very happy
