still waiting for my food right now. it's quarter past 9. i ordered it at 6. we've decided to make our own tea now. we've rang 15 times and it keeps going to answer phone so i'm having to communicate through a review, been going for years, about to give them 60 quid as well? for food 3 hours late cold and watery?
I requested the Alo Methi dish, but upon receiving it, I noticed that Methi was absent from the ingredients despite the presence of coriander. Nonetheless, the dish was delectable in taste. Along with Alo Methi, I also ordered rice, tarka dal, and chicken tikka, all of which were equally delicious.
3 hours after ordering, being refused a refund with the excuse of traffic being bad (I live a 2 minute WALK away, but have a small child in bed). Can't get through on their phone line, horrendous service!
Worse service ever I try pay online Declined so I paid cash food come wasn't the worse I come back to my phone an been charged again so after the declined my payment they took it anyway so has I already paid cash tried ring them nothing this was Sunday so I try ring Monday was close so I wanted till today Tuesday I rang to explain what's gone on for him to say he doesn't know his drivers or any sort a contract for them so they basically took my money and doing nothing about an won't even send the food again as am a Regular customer fuminggggggg never ever order
Quality, quantity and service 5* I ordered chicken tikka biryani and my partner had the shimla spice kebab both meals were red hot tasty and I the price was very good. We have found our new Indian takeaway.
I took the takeaway Honestly the food is good but they forgot to put some items check before u leave the shop
A very rude man who kept hanging up the phone. Order delivered after 1 & half hours, food cold, lamb Bhuna had only 3 pieces in the whole dish, vegetable dish was missing from the order.
Phoned to complain & the man ( not the usual one) was very rude & just hung the phone up on me
Ordered at 7:30pm and told 60mins at 9:15pm after trying to ring 37 times to have someone tell me hold then they put the phone down. Eventually someone spoke to me and told me the driver didn’t turn up..will be another 30mins. Cancelled and will never use Shimla Spice again.
