The rudest staff, especially the most current woman working on the counter. She barely even speaks to you when you are trying to get service, walks away with no words as to what she is doing or what is happening.
The pharmacist seems clueless and prescriptions often not able to be filled with no indication when they can be. I am gutted that many of the Boots pharmacies are shutting down as they are far better than this choice. DON'T GO HERE.
I recently visited for a vaccination and I must say, the staff was absolutely fantastic! The staff went out of their way to ensure that I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.
It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of vaccinations. The staff are great and quick and easy. Thank you for the great service!
These people never delivery my medication in time I always have to call them if I dont it take them week to deliver!!????????????????
Awful experience talking on the phone with a pharmacist located here. I had previously arranged to order an emergency prescription for SSRI’s with 111 to be sent over to this pharmacy and the woman I spoke to questioned me on my usage of these and said it is my fault for not having these tablets available (which I explained that the NHS app rejected my previous requests which led to me being in a shortage). When I asked for more information on the subject it was clear from her tone she was very disrespectful and was looking for any sort of excuse to make me feel as if I was the problem accompanied with that she did not feel comfortable supplying me with the prescription. She also said when I mentioned I put the medication in multiple different spots to adapt with my lifestyle (e.g. wallet, work bags, travel bags) and said I should not be leaving my medication in different places in case somebody accidentally takes them??? Who just takes people’s random medication accidentally; this confirmed my thoughts of her delusion. You would have thought the pharmacy would be well trained within customer service as they are dealing with the most high-risk mental health problems and you never know when you are gonna push someone over the edge!!! Awful experience, it’s a shame the pharmacy brand as a whole has to take this criticism because of one woman who can’t properly interact with other human beings and adopts a toxic victim mindset.
I would suggest walk a mile extra but don’t take your jab here.
I went there to take my booster jab, the lady didn’t apply any alcohol swab, the syringe was pre-filled and they didn’t even ask to wait at the centre after the jab was done. No cotton was provided after the jab was done and unlike other centres on the the jab card, Booster was not mentioned. She didn’t even bother to write my name on the card and just handed over a card which was ready written as Pfizer.
Also, I have taken my first 2 jabs and I must say she is not light handed.
When I asked her why is Booster not written on it, she rudely replied that it’s understandable that it’s a booster.
Just had a hugely impressive experience with this pharmacy. Very kind and caring staff who took the time to listen. Absolute 10 out of 10.
The pharmacy staff are all very pleasant whenever I'm in the store . They are helpful and efficent and ready with advice . I've had my covid booster jab and flu jabs here and it was a well organised and painless process
Really slow service medication never arrives on time without having to chase it up with a phone call first everytime. Phones do not have message service and there is also no email. Thank you for messing up my treatment for what like the 5th time now. Entire team go to 1 hour lunch all at once forcing the store to fully close down everyday for an hour. Pathetic and such a terribly ran pharmacy the manager should be ashamed of himself.
