This hidden jewel is not to be missed. Small and quirky, dog-friendly, with seating inside and out with a wonderful, reasonably priced menu, from breakfasts to dinners (with a delivery service), there's something for everyone. Teas, coffees, cakes and desserts all served with a smile. A credit to Canvey Island and deserving of support!
We had an amazing afternoon tea here this afternoon. This was an amazing little find off of the beaten track. The spread was lovely, there was more than enough for the 3 of us - box to take home what we didn't manage to eat - plenty of options for the veggie in our group... 2 pots of tea and 2 coffees for me and friendly staff, it was all very relaxed and all this for £16 per head!
Found this lovely little place on google maps as we're looking for breakfast.

Just had the best ever afternoon tea at shells marina tea rooms the new owners have been there for only 10 weeks and have done a fabulous job and are continuing to make improvements. Amazing food and quaint garden area. Dogs welcome to so ideal for everyone.
Thank you Paul and Shelly for a lovely 1st evening of bingo last night. A wonderful friendly atmosphere. The fish and chips at 1/2 time were delicious and well presented. Can,t wait for the next time.
Very friendly, lovely people. Had a coffee and a piece of fabulous cake. Didn't realise they were closing but they still welcomed us in. Thanks very much. We will be back and hope to try your roast dinners
Great little cafe tucked out of the way. Friendly, helpful service. Reasonable prices and reasonable food. Lots to look at in the garden. Seating inside and out
Me and my daughter went there today and had a number 2 breakfast and it was perfect! The best fry up on the island!
