Brilliant customer service, such friendly, polite staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have the help needed
This pharmacy gives amazing service. I've had problems getting my medication as there's a problem with the suppliers. They go beyond and always manage to source it from somewhere for me. They've even delivered my prescription to the house without me even asking...brilliant.
This is an outstanding pharmacy. Apart from listening and communicating well and being efficient…they have twice now managed to find medications currently in short supply in the UK, and which other pharmacies in Birmingham and Solihull were unable to help with and had effectively given up searching for. I am very grateful for their help.
Excellent pharmacy and great services, they are so kind and courteous to provide my aunties medicine tablets and capsules in med packs to help her take her medicine, I tried hingleys months ago and they said no to me. I talked to my doctor and they said it's illegal for a pharmacy to say no to anyone wanting these med packs as it counts as discrimination, unless the pharmacy completely stops providing them for all patients. I'm in the process of taking action against hingleys. They also are quick to provide injections.
This is a pharmacy that cares about med packs al though they cost a lot for pharmacies to make. Boots stopped them last year until absolutely necessary, but shellys don't say no to people no matter what happens, this is a 5 stars pharmacy. Get your med packs here *without discrimination*.

Great service from Omar without waiting for a doctor
This Pharmacy is one of the biggest cheaters. They gave me syrup which has been already used.
So I was sent to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription. My first time. I spoke to a man (not sure his position) he was Asian, Middle aged, medium build. He was the loveliest man. He spoke with such kindness I was taken back because nowadays you don't get that kind of treatment anywhere. I was pleased and walked away. Again a few days later had to go again, same gentleman, again he was so so polite so I just had to leave a review. I hope he reads this and continues to be a nice man.
