Honestly guys, this is a great garage. I have used their services for over four years now and these guys are great in what they do. Very courteous and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and their services are wonderful.
They know what they are doing, honest, great value for money and get the work done quickly.
(We used to use a certain garage of old lode lane lane ... Who tbh were over priced, wasted time and fairly incompetent)
But since using these guys (sheaf lane) 3rd times now I never go anywhere else. We take both our family cars there.
I cannot re-iterate how good they are 5 star service !!!
Didn't really find them customer friendly ,maybe there to busy to make the customer feel welcome.
Called up 3 times in 3 days for a quote for some work to get done on my car, i left my number with someone who answered the phone,
I was told I'd get a call back with a quote but owner/management or whoever was supposed to call couldn't be bothered to even call me back to give me a price! so I took my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
Great experience, used them a few times but this week i took my laguna to get the rear subframe bushes done and got quoted a great price. Even after they realised how hard it was to fix my rust bucket, and how hard that job is, still kept the quoted price. Other garages quoted nearly double the price. Thanks, totally recommend!
