I waited for ten minutes to complete the payment, and then I waited for my food at the dining place. When I waited for fifteen minutes and came back to pick up the meal, I was told that the payment failed, so I offered to pay again, but the clerk asked me to wait for the other five guests to complete the payment, which means that I need to wait for an extra 30 minutes. It was a very bad experience. There is only one employee in the store, and I need to wait.

First time ordering here found the staff to be friendly. The store/unit was clean & tidy. You can pay with cash or card. Ordered a regular chicken shawarma & a regular lamb shawarma. The chicken (pictured) was absolutely perfect comments from the lamb was nice but a bit fatty! Would definitely recommend & would eat from there again.
I dont know why everyone is hating in that place…me as a bulgarian person,i guess i have thing for KEBABS. There is something sensational about to combination of juicy,but well cooked and well spiced meat and the creamy garlic sauce.Its just so good …and that plays makes KEBAS like this. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE 10/10

First time trying this.. Ordered two large lamb shawarma.
The meat is a bit tough to chewy and had some gristal in the mixture. Flavour did taste nice though.
But on the note that the lamb doesn't taste fresh enough, I won't order from here again.
Worst customer service. My friend paid and checked if the payment had gone through before he went away to wait for the food. When he came back, the staff said it did not charge and asked him to wait 30 minutes more to pay, because there were people queuing.
They didn’t check if the payment was successful before customer left, lack of responsibility.
Ordered the Sujuk Fino. It is served in a nice ciabatta roll. Since sujuk is Turkish sausage I expected a filling in the ciabatta roll. The staff member put around 10 grams of tomato sujuk paste with mayo and pickles calling that a sandwich. I asked where is the filling and he was rude to me and proceeded to dig his fingers through the sandwich to prove to me that that is the filling. Asking for my money back or a manager to speak to I was confronted in a rude way. I did eventually get my money back. The other products are nice fro. What I have heard but this is the one trap on the menu. They have acxessi le entrance and they do not accept all cards.
Not great, had a lamb shwarama wrap, just didnt taste good, overcooked, really quite salty and have had much better within local area, even the chips were bad and thats hard to get wrong!
