Worst Shawarma and company in Kuwait which doesn’t care for customers complain. I found a piece of metal (iron) from my shawarma meat doner and it damaged my teeth. I raised complaint to call center, instagram and even google review which they deleted all my

Reviews and complaints without even checking what happened. So shame for the brand which doesn’t care for customers at all.

About a week or so I visited this branch to order a take away, my companion was from the US and I was talking proudly about the donner sandwiches and how tasty they were. I ordered around KD 30 (Thirty Dinars) worth of sandwiches and I made sure that I order the Camel & the Ostrich donners as they were the place signature sandwiches.

I was disappointed starting with delivery time as it took them around 1 full hour to prepare the sandwiches and while I was ordering I was consistently repeating to the employee taking my order not to put to much sauce telling him "I would like to taste the meat flavor not just a sweet sauce smothered in the sandwich" and the employee confirmed that he will personally make sure that not much sauce is in the sandwiches.

My second issue beside the delay is when we reached home the sandwiches were filled with sauce and the meat amount was almost half of what they usually put.

Later that night I went to the branch and complained, all the staff were listening and quiet no one even cared to reply or justify or say a sorry word.

I remember well telling them all that it takes one angry customer to lose potential business as now I have spread the word in my circle and in the review..

This place is not worth your money and time as long as they maintain same standards!

بالرغم ان المطعم غير مزدحم وشبه خالي يمكن سيارتين على الأكثر

والسندويتشات مو مثل أول غير مضبوطة

وبالرغم من تقديم شكوى عبر الكول سنتر لا يوجد أي إهتمام بالعميل

الخدمة جيدة . الطعم لذيذ . تواجد العمال خارج المحل لاسنقبال الزبائن . سرعة الانجاز . الجلسات الداخلية قليلة . تنوع الاصناف والمذاق . الصوصات متنوعة ولذيذة .
