I had to travel from York to Leeds as this was the only pharmacy that had stock of a certain medicine. I phoned before the prescription was sent to make sure they had stock. They said yes. I telephoned again on the morning before I was due to set off to collect it. They said they had it ready and it was the right one. I set off from York to Leeds. An hours drive and fuel. They didnt have it. They never had it. Out of stock with suppliers. I asked them to send the script back to the spine. They said ok. I found one other pharmacy in Scunthorpe that had stock. I drove from Leeds to Scunthorpe, over an hours drive. The script was still with Shaan. I had to phone them to get it released so I could get the medicine from Scunthorpe. The staff at Shaan don't seem bothered about customers. They are always in the other room gossiping. Terrible service. Will never go back.
Exceptional service from a local pharmacy,after being badly let down by our local tesco pharmacy.
Thanks again Shaan pharmacy for providing an excellent service when I was let down again by tesco to obtain urgent medicine for an ear infection.

Don’t like to go to this pharmacy as when you go in all the staff are just gathered together gossiping and chatting away and don’t even bother to stop when they see people come in. Also, feels very awkward when you go in.
Absolutely lovely staff, the young girl with the long hair went out of her way to help source my medication. The lady pharmacist is extremely professional as well as the lady on the shop floor. The shop is immaculate, would definitely be using their services again and would recommend to family and friends.

The doctors sent the prescription for the child as usual they said ring back in 20. After 20 mins I rang back
(We're sorry the computers have gone down their faulty) same excuse as usual what ashame the pharmacy can't afford to keep basic equipment. My best advice is to close down. DEFINITELY don't recommend
Dr send prescription directly to the pharmacy, went in an hour later to collect and they had not received it and told me to collect it 15 mins later. Turned up 15 mins later and then waited a further 20 minutes for the medication, someone who arrived after me got their meds and left whilst i waited. Useless and under trained staff, pharmacist walks around avoiding work. AVOID
So grateful that you carried the antibiotics I needed when about 10 other pharmacy told me they didn't have it. #Cleanliness and niceService was a plus.
