Don’t usually leave reviews but this garage really saved the day for us! Called Monday morning after an AA breakdown call out Saturday night, couldn’t have been more professional - I explained the fault, they ordered the part and had me in first thing today (Tues) The car was repaired in time for me to do the school run! Fantastic garage…. Did the MOT on my Tesla Model 3 today. Was my first time visiting. Very friendly and efficient, highly recommended.
I don’t know where to start, I broke down 200 miles from home to then find out I didn’t have break down cover. I called Severn servicing and spoke to Adam, he was kind enough to lend me a tow rope to recover my car and store it at his garage so I could head home. I have the car back and I can’t thank his team enough, most honest and trustworthy people. Will definitely be popping in again if I come back to Bristol.

Needed to find another garage for our fleet of vans as we felt we were being ripped off on price.
I did a bit of research and found Adam at Severnside he was really friendly from the first phone call nothing was too much trouble he also beat the price of our old garage, since that phone call we have been using them for all of the work needed to keep our fleet of vans on the road.
They are really reliable and always happy to book us very quickly.
