BEST FISH AND CHIPS EVER! The food was amazing and I don’t think I’ve ever had cod and chips this good before! The customer service was on point and I would advise anyone in around the area to definitely stop by!
We ordered the Cod burger and Chips (meal 1 ) and Cod and Chips (Meal 2.) Two cod and chips were delivered NO burger. One cod was completely RAW and cold in the center. Wrong cocktail flavor also sent. When we called to let them know this, the person on the phone claiming to be the manager was rude and dismissive, arguing that there was no way the fish could be undercooked (We own street food stall, we are a family of chefs.) Food safety is the BARE minimum when running a restaurant, or any food service. We were gaslighted, and treated as though our custom meant NOTHING! Our first and LAST time ordering from here.

The food was ok but overpriced for what it was. The fish & chips together was around £13. They came with nothing, though, so if you were to add mushy peas (£2.80) and tartar sauce (£2.80), you end up paying close to £19! You can get all that for less at a gastro pub. You even had to pay for ketchup and other condiments, but vinegar was free.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS FOOD! I have had the fish and chips, the chicken burger and the veggie burger. All of which were delicious. All food is cooked to a great standard. Not greasy at all. Wonderful service and great seating area in the shop. This will be my regular whenever I fancy a takeaway. Best fish and chips in London!!

This is a lovely place to eat. That served fantastic wine way above the quality you’d find in any fish bar. I love the owners. They are personal friends of mine now after just a few visits.
You can't trust the gluten free options. They gave me a vegetarian pie rather than a gluten free one and there is batter flying everywhere on a busy night too so I really don't trust the cross contamination issue.
People make mistakes, but worst of all when I rang to speak to them about it they just gave a bunch of excuses and talked over me. Dreadful attitude.
