Went in few years ago...that was an upper nope!... went back today to be very much impressed of the transformation! Good and proper Turkish decoration, taste and exquisitely polite and friendly staff as for when I lived in Turkey... Only one thing to improve - like almost all Turkish restaurant, more attention needs given to dietary needs, at least the most common, like gluten and milk. Once this will be addressed, it will definitely be your icing on the cake... Well done, Serkiz!????????????????????

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The lamb shish with rice offered great value, balancing quantity and quality. The phenomenal bread complemented the great taste of the kebabs, and the efficient, friendly staff added to the overall positive atmosphere. Not a big fan of lamb but the kebabs were good.
First time ordering from here! I got the iskender kebab…. OMG it was the best one I have ever ever tasted, most iskenders the bread goes soggy from being in the sauce, but there bread was still a bit crispy, the yoghurt and tomato sauce had so much flavour and the meat was to die for! I am 100% ordering from this Turkish, thank you!!!
Really friendly staff, and the food is very flavoursome. My kids love coming here and are always given FREE drinks. Overall, it is a very nice restaurant
I basically just purchased the following medium kebab & chips. To my horror I received not only under cooked cuts of donner lamb meat, the cuts of meat where so thick and greasily I couldn't eat it. To make matters worse when I went to write a review on just eat. My review was manipulated stating I gave then a 3 star when in fact I gave them a 1 star and a honest view. This was never recorded on just eats on the restaurants review section therefore its fraud. Not only will I
be going to trading standards but I want a full investigation regarding their fake reviews.
I'm disgusted with their poor quality of food, and fake reviews.
I ordered Chicken Wrap and chips, The wrap came with a different kind of bread; at first I thought it would be too much bread but It was very well balanced between the chicken and salad and the bread and very nicely cooked but it had 2 negative points: 1. It was more than average oily (which I am fine with but I assume a healthy person wouldn't) 2. The chips were not as well cooked as it could have been sadly.
I’m a regular customer at serkiz. Been coming here for 4 years+. Great food and lots of options, customer service is brilliant the workers are kind and very friendly. The atmosphere is very good.
