Terrible customer service. Was making a decent sized order and just wanted a pot of OK sauce to go with it and they refused saying they cant because its too busy when there was only two other people in the shop, never had a Chinese refuse to do a pot of OK sauce before, or any other sauce for that matter! I used to use you frequently but won't be using again, you've lost my custom now along with my family's.
Simon and Jessica always friendly and make sure my order is on time and well cooked. I have used this eatery for more than 10 years now.
A local chippy, so I got fish chips and curry, very nice too. Lightly battered fish done while I waited. Shared with the wife and we both had more then enough. Chips wrapped separately to the fish and curry in a lidded carton. However, it is a Chinese family that runs the shop, and they have a comprehensive Chinese menu that I might go for next time. The shop was very clean and Covid friendly, three staff in the shop wearing masks as were customers. No more then two on shop at same time. Actually the shop itself was not busy, but telephone orders were, with a 20 minute period from ordering to collection. A pleasant experience and reasonable prices. I will be returning.

Very disappointed tonight ordered Chicken Pineapple and a large portion of chips got home the meal was cold Chicken was undercooked and instead of large chips it was a tray of chips. Phoned them up and was asked if I could bring the meal back no I'm not driving back it's now in the bin waited over 20 minutes for the meal and they are wrapping the chips as soon as you order them and putting them in where the pies are to try & keep them warm so they had been sat there for over 20 minutes not happy. Used to be a really good chippy not any more
The woman owner is so rude! No return visit. Their portions are disgusting. A real rip off. There are much better venues in the area. Disgusting attitude.
Nice food but service is painfully slow. Main reason appears to be that there are never any fish and chips cooked ready. Cooked to order is fine but when you know you are going to be busy? Waited 15 minutes last time for fish and chips.
Prices are different too what I found on Google! Portions had halfed too the last time I had the same order from here.Food quality was disappointing to any standard. Its a shame as it used to be my favourite for Chinese food since I started and finished school many years ago and be aware its a cash only which I think is the least of their problems. Staff seem like really lovely and decent people tbf :)
