A small fish and chip shop in the outskirts of Bath. Parking is only available on the road if you can find a space. On entering i felt that they were struggling to keep the business going, parts of the menu were covered over and it seemed to be very quiet for a saturday night. I ordered cod chips and a curry sauce which were cooked to order. After about 5 minutes my meal was readu to collect. The chips were perfect and the cod was tender and moist, the batter was a bit soft, some like that but I like it crispy, but perfectly acceptable and the curry sauce had a nice bit of warmth to it.
Support this little chippy, they deserve it, for they are doing a good job.
Currently the best chips in bath if you like over cooked green and black chips. I'm on minimum wage and was looking forward to a portion of our national dish. Very disappointed
Very disappointing ‘large’ chips (more like a kids portion - we usually buy a large and share between a family of 4).
Chicken burger was a chicken burger with a bun - no lettuce etc.
On the plus side, the fish was beautiful. Nice and white!
Great local chippy popular with regulars and trades working in the area. All freshly cooked.
Prices have gone up as has every other takeaway but this still takes some beating. Very good batter fish and chips can't fault it and freshly cooked to order.

Good honest fish and chips shop food and well cooked.
Not the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. Chips looked over cooked and had a texture of leather, the batter on the fish was soggy but on a plus note the fish itself was lovely. Not in too much of a hurry to go back!
