Went to Scott’s today…. First time for ages as I’d moved…. But having been to many others in the Orpington and Bromley area…. They are without a doubt still the best of the lot…. and the girls behind the counter are as good as gold!! 10 out of 10 in my opinion ????
Arrived with the hope of eating in. 1 person at the counter being served, 2 people serving. All we wanted was pie mash and liquor twice. The lady at the counter said we could be served first as she had quite a big order and the 2 members of staff looked at us and said no, it’s ok they can wait. We would have to do this at some point so might aswell do it now. Tables were dirty, plates left on empty tables. Customer service non- existent. As we walked out 2 more customers walked in and got served straight away. Cannot stand rude staff
