Took my car in for new brake pads/disc and they discovered a cross threaded bolt. Rather than replace the whole hub out came the traditional tap and die and they managed to sort it out. This is a rare thing nowadays, most garages would just replace rather than put the extra effort in. Rang me to inform me what was happening and what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Very satisfied with the work and price and would highly recommend.

As I was driving to visit family my car overheated and had to get towed for two hours to Preston, the following day I called this garage and they slotted me in, called me after diagnosis and fixed the problem free of charge. I could of been ripped off as I’m not from the area, and had unnecessary work carried out. But I didn’t, a good mechanic is like a dentist - when you find a good one, don’t go elsewhere!

Had my sports cat replaced by Jason and his team this week and also an MOT. Having used this garage a few times now I’m very happy with the service I’ve received along with the prices I’ve paid. A very trustworthy garage which is definitely the best in the area, I’ll definitely be returning.
Great set of lads. I had issues getting an aftermarket exhaust system fitted. The guys here had no issues fitting me in. Even on Christmas Eve. The work was carried out to a high standard. The lads were knowledgeable and friendly. Happy with the work they carried out and will also return for any other bits I need in the future. A class local business!

I had an advisory for the rear tyres but told they had a good few months of left yet. You won’t find this at every garage. At some, there’s pressure to upsell at every opportunity. This refreshing attitude breeds confidence.
No problem recommending this place. I’ll be back to get these tyres sorted in September.
Was supposed to have my exhausted fixed. Booked in a week prior and had a part ordered, thought I would call the day before my appt to check the part had arrived.
When I rang the lad said he had not followed it up to check where the part was even though it should have arrived within 2 days from ordering (Saturday, now Friday) and it was just’ one of them’.
I called at 2pm on Friday afternoon and he greeted me to say he was going to ring me in a few hours to let me know it hadn’t arrived. Not sure how useful calling late on Friday is when the car was booked in for Saturday at 8.30am???
Told him I was going to try and find the part myself. Called the garage back within an hour to say I had found the part if he would still fit it for me. His response was ‘I’ve made plans now’. I guess because they couldn’t charge me the same price to fit it anymore. VERY disappointed with this mans unprofessional manner.
