I've used SC Autos for many years. Shaun is always freindly and honest about what does or doesn't need doing to your car. I took my car in for a new fuel filler pipe to be fitted and the a/c to be recharged the job was done quickly, professionally and at a good price, I can highly recommend this garage!

Used several times previously with absolutely no problem and were faultless until my most recent visit.
I was providing context regarding a check engine light appearing, as well as recent mpg issues, prior to a diagnostics check. But apparently, asking questions (trying to learn about the situation) and seeking re-assurance equates to 'trying to belittle' and 'seeming to know it all' when the exact opposite was the reality. I thought we were having a civilised conversation but clearly it wasn't perceived that way. It offended the guy so much he sent me away not even being there after two minutes. I'm pretty sure he said/suggested something unprofessional about me/our exchange as he made a guy laugh immediately after we finished speaking.
Will definitely not return and I'm not interested in following this up, which I imagine we're both relieved about.
Charge maximum, complete the job ask to do. only smile when handing the bill. Speaks like they are doing a favour. Asked to take wheels off and check the breaks for extra as I had bad experience before but refused even I am willing to pay for it. I won't go there again.
Mot done very quickly. Very honest garage. Been using a while now dont think I would take my car anywhere else. Recommended to other members of the family they also take there cars there. Thank you.
