7.23pm went to order a pizza stood waiting 10 mins not even acknowledged while she is basically pouring sauces away and not washing her hands and pressing the rubbish down with her hands then continued with touching the sauces . I said excuse me to her after standing there long enough with a small child .I asked i can please order a pizza the girl then told me I'm unable to order a pizza this evening only the prepared cold slices available that were made few hours ago . Great lack of hygiene poor customer service there and open till 10pm with no pizza .I'm sure head office will love reading this ( server was called Lilly !!! ) .manager MIKE OFF FOR 10 DAYS APPARENTLY!

7.25 PM Monday bank Holiday evening, no pizza's available to bake and bad attitude and customer service from Lilly.
The pizza slices were the best pizza I have had so far. The 2 Stromboli the top on both were very burnt and that's all you tasted unless you removed the top and only eat the filling which was very good just a shame it was burnt.

Not impressed. I hate leaving bad reviews, I barely ever write any but I was genuinely saddened by the food I was given.
Through Uber Eats, I ordered a chicken and cheese stromboli with a garlic dip, a cookie and a Tango.
Though the food was nicely wrapped, upon opening the stromboli it was cremated. The cheese on top was all black and bitter, so I had to peel it off to even stand a chance at eating it. The inside was even less impressive. There was a very high ratio of dough to filling, and the dough got more and more soggy the more of it I tried to eat. The chicken itself was grey and the filling in general was absolutely tasteless.
After abandoning the stromboli, I went for the cookie. The cookie was pre-packaged, so nothing special at all. But is it really that hard to bake cookies in-store? Also, if you like soft cookies, you should probably avoid this one.
The Tango hadn't even been refrigerated. I may be nitpicking a bit now but you could at least cool your drinks.
Overall, won't be ordering from Sbarro in the future. Just disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Even more disappointing is the staff. No manners to greet the customers, rude. Avoid!!!
Over cooked pizza and the cool drinks are all hot.
