Great breakfast staff are superb fair play. Very clean and great food
Went here for a quick drink. The prices are very reasonable, the layout of the place looked nice. The location is ideal as its close to the train station. The coffee I had wasn't that great though and my partner had a cup of tea that barely had any milk in and was very strong when its common practice for the customer to decide how they like their tea.
This cafe has great food and excellent staff.

It appears to have changed hands. Prices have gone up, staff are new and now has plastic table cloths. Yuk!
Called in for breakfast. Food was lovely, fresh and hot. Price was really good staff lovely and friendly.will definitely go again and happy to recommend

DISGUSTING.
no matter how nice the food or how quiet the atmosphere in all my life I have never experienced such horrendous customer service. They say first impressions are important...well this was definitely a shock!
I witness three staff members attack this elderly customer after he politely asked that he didn't want beans on his breakfast. They outright in front of all of thier customers argued that he lied and he should pay for another meal. (Baring in mind he hadn't touched his breakfast) he replied a little embarrassed (considering the entire cafe was watching) that he doesn't like beans so why would he ask for them? and asked to have his money back, as he was sat down three members of staff where stood above him arguing at this one elderly man. The older staff member replied indignantly " oh, well I don't know about that!" reluctant to give his money back!
My mother, sister, cousin and I could not believe what we witness. I have worked as a chef and know how important customer service is, and nothing should be too much trouble, but I think it's just plain common sense to show your elders courtesy.
I won't be comming back there again or recommending savera cafe to any of my friends or family...and God forbid my nan or grandfather.
Myself and friends had vegetarian breakfast
Mug of tea .and a complary mince pie.girls great very friendly like good old village cafes used to be like support to keep these places open as very few and far between to find cafe like this.
