I don't know anything about this fella or his shop. I live in Ireland and he contacted me today off this shop number to say he works for 02. He started asking me what my bank details were for a better deal. Nice try scammer ????
The man who runs this shop seems to have a problem every time we go in. He’s arrogant rude and likes to question you about everything. He won’t take your parcel if it’s too small and when he does he huffs and puffs and makes it seem like it’s too much hard work. He needs to learn customer service and some descent manners. Also sells out of date chocolate on the cheap and watches you like your going to rob the shop.
Where do I start, the man has an absolutely digusting attitude and customer service. Throws your parcels, never greets you and even makes you put your own label on your parcels because he huffs and puffs it's to small to put the sticker on and loses his temper. He questions you and even tries to cause a problem. Disgusting vile customer service!! Avoid and go round the corner to the other much better and well mannered shop (next to domino's)
Shop name is half right, that being the express part. As most convince shops it's......convenient but not cheap. It does have a great range of goods and a atm machine, staff are helpful, the only downside is they close at 9pm and 8pm on Sunday, I mean I'm normally only just getting back from church at that time on a Sunday ????????
The owner of this store is all about himself and money. Do not have parcels from ebay delivered here. I did and because his scanner didn't work he sent it back to the seller causing me unnecessary grief. He could have held onto it and I would have paid his commission myself, then took up the few quid with the seller. He didn't even consider this and left me in an unnecessary situation.
The worker there accused me and my friend for stealing when wasn’t we just put our hand in our pocket to get our money with the stuff in our hand and she started yelling and shouting and she pulled our hand out our pockets roughly and snatched it off us when was gonna pay for it im not going in there again bad customer service!!
Well in my opinion great shop always good bargins. Super service ..Because the worker's very kind and cute. So for me loving it.
