Ordered two breakfasts, fried egg was raw, scrambled egg lacked seasoning, bacon was still oinking. Other diners very inconsiderate; coughing in every direction. Staff were friendly enough, service was quick but food was beige at best. Seats are packed way too close together almost claustrophobic

Go to Sarah's quite often and enjoy their meals . Tasty and reasonably priced, it's always worth a visit.
However it's a bit cramped for people who use wheelchairs etc , but there is access and they are very accommodating and will help where possible.
My only thing is I can't get a decent black coffee, the water is not filtered and being Scunthorpe, the drinking water is HORRENDOUS, so there's always a "layer" on the top !!!

Always a busy place. Always come here when going into Scunthorpe. Staff very friendly. Big variety of hot meals and snacks, desserts and drinks at affordable prices and a friendly atmosphere no matter what time of day you come.
Usually enjoy a visit here - this morning the service was appalling! I was given an almost empty milk jug and had to ask for another, then there were empty cutlery trays. To top it off, once I'd sat down, there was no teabag in my teapot! On going back to the counter, the assistant just threw a teabag in the already cooling water. Not usually like this I know, but bad service is totally unacceptable
Popped in here for breakfast whilst shopping, very clean and spacious.
Order at the counter, but the food then served to your table. Staff very friendly and the service is swift. We waited less than ten minutes for our food.
Toilets are at the back of the restaurant and were clean.
The food was good, but our only complaint would be that the sausages are cheap and not a quality item.
We would still go back.
This place we thought was absolutely amazing! Good food, really good food! The service and staff were warm and friendly. Worth the money for sure. I'm a picky miserable git who finds fault in everything... except here. Well done guys, really made my day!
Average food at above average prices. You are crammed in like sardines. Food comes out quickly and the place is packed though I'm confused as to why?
A can of pop is £1.99 while the menu claims it's in a bottle. £4 for a cheap bacon sarnie which should have been under £3. There is better value at other places nearby. I watched an old couple half way through their meal have their 4 seater table split into 2 by the staff so they could cram another 2 people in. This was my first and last visit.
