Great experience! Mr Santos and his fellow mechanics do a great job at a fair price. I felt welcomed first time I have been there with my Merc for repairs. Was there to fit a powersteering pump but they have told me that was not the issue as I needed a new pressure hose to be replaced, as mine was leaking. Job was done spotless, was always in contact over the phone with the progress. Thank you very much Mr Santos and team. Will be using your business again and happily recommend it to others!
Superb experience, popped in to book the x5 in with rear suspension problem, to be honest I was recommended to go to LB but ended up next door at Santos. He straight away said LB was behind him but also said he could fit me in within a week, so I booked it in. A week later, dropped car off, got a call late morning confirming rear spring replacement OE all done at an amazing price without all the usual fuss.
I would definitely use Santos again, go there first without hesitation.

This place is an absolute gem. A real throw back to a time when customer service is key and the owner and team are highly skilled and knowledgeable mechanics. I have used them on a number of occasions to trace/fix faults, on my car and my daughters car. They have never once let me down, either on service or price. I cannot recommend them high enough. I would not look anywhere else.
Excellent service and customer care. I know 0 about cars and Mr Santos was very kind and explained things to me very clearly without making me feel stupid. Will recommend him and only go to this mechanics from now on.
I have been using Mr Santos for many years now. He is very honest and reliable and wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else. He has a wide range of knowledge and has been able to diagnose issues very fast.
Charged £270 for a battery replacement…. Labour takes 20 minutes if that, battery was £133 online and was told it was £190 plus vat, garage are dishonest and won’t business with them again, was told something that ‘might’ work and it hasn’t helped the issue, took my car in and the whole dashboard reset too, don’t waste your money with these people. Crooks
