I’m so glad I came to this place! I was staying nearby and wanted somewhere quiet and relaxed to have breakfast, but I was a bit nervous. The lady who served me was so nice and patient with me, even with my very poor Italian skills.
In the end I ordered a cornetto and espresso, and I think it was the best I had my whole time in Venice. It was quiet so I ate at a table by the window to watch the rain and felt so peaceful. Since it was still early I went back and also ordered a macchiato which was also amazing. The price was also incredible compared to other places I visited. I think only around 3€ for two coffees and delicious fresh pastry.
If I can come back to Venice I’ll come here again!
The lady is so nice and friendly. The hot chocolate is absolutely amazing, I got 2???? perfect for a cold morning. It’s a very local place where everyone knows everyone so definitely not touristy.
Kleines Restaurant, Cafe und Bar mit italienischen und vom Tourismus kaum überlaufenen Charme. Die Dame an der Theke ist äußerst nett, gab mir sogar noch den Schinken den sie frisch abschnitt und ließ mich dran riechen. Der Kaffee ist auch nur zu empfehlen mit einer echt italienischen Kaffemaschine. Ich bin sehr froh auf der Suche nach Essen hier her gelangt zu seien.
Melhor croissant que já comi e com um preço super justo. Uma boa lembrança que levo embora de Veneza.
Stumbling upon Sandro was quite possibly the best thing we could have done on Guidecca! The food was delicious, but more importantly the service was impeccable. If we are ever to return to Venice, Sandro will be our first stop!
