Been here a few times, mostly for breakfast & the food is absolutely delicious. Has a full on home touch to everything severed.
Service is top class too. Very polite & professional. Aminah is fantastic at customer service, always smiling & such a cheerful person. Staff is cherry on cake at Sami’s.
Definitely not as good as the reviews make it sound. Maybe I'll give them one more chance by eating in next time.
The spicy omelette wasn't impressive, turkey rashers were over cooked and the nihari wasn't a lamb shank, just two big bones with sauce - but was tasty despite the overzealous oil,.
This place is amazing I can't believe there's a place like this next to where I live which does fresh clean food me and my brother fancied something to eat very sceptical of where we eat. But I got to say the chicken is so mouth-watering it's unbelievable if you want good honest clean food and I'll foldable price it's your go to place and also the guy Behind the Counter is really helpful and friendly.
We had a full English breakfast at Sami's Spice. The interior of the restaurant was nice but it took around 30 minutes to be served. The first thing I noticed was that the egg wasn't the runny type of egg that you would usually get with an English breakfast. The egg was cold and tasteless. The only taste you could get was of the yolk and that was only slight. The sausage was alright (as well as the hash brown) but the strip of turkey bacon wasn't crispy and was too chewy. The beans were cold and tasted disgusting. Even when paired with the toast it tasted terrible. The toast just was like ordinary bread with butter. The atmosphere was quiet and somehow grim. Overall I wouldn't advise you to go here.
Went in for some donner meat and chips the portion size was decent but the food was weird the meat felt smelt off and was hot but hard and rubbery in taste the fries were good fries standard fries but taste off I had to to bin the food
The breakfast was absolutely exquisite. Excellent customer service and the presentation was beautiful. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and try the breakfast. It’s definitely value for money I will most definitely be trying the other items on the menu.
Today went for breakfast with my husband and ordered to full English breakfasts and when I tell u the food was the biggest disappointment iv had in a very long time. Something as simple as English breakfast is not that hard to mess up, the toast was hard and unbuttered. When asked for butter they said it dosent come with the meal. The hash browns were undercooked as well as the sausage tasting cheap. Let me not even get started on how sad the French toast looked and tasted. The cappuccino looked like something I would get from Amazon warehouse and that is not a compliment I tell u that. The staff even didn’t bother to ask how the food or service was. For a place that’s just recently opened, the service and food should not been at this standard.
Food was nice and thats what matters but wish i could say the same for the service. My food was literally made and sitting on the warmer i paid and waited for it to be given to me but the girl on the counter just went back on her phone. I had to highlight my food was ready to which she did not even apologise she literally did not care it was shocking. Again thank god the food was good
