Local gem, with solid artisan coffees and teas, yummy cakes and a decent avocado on toast (I tried the seed version)
Good to work from during the week whilst sipping on your coffee.
This is a great café, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and it's a really warm welcoming environment. Have been twice now and impressed both times. Really appreciate the sandwich and crisps special as well for those on the lower budget.
Lovley cafe! Coffee is really nice and so is the hot choc. Veggie and normal breakfast good! Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and good presentation. Could of maybe done a little more cooking on the potatoes as they are a little chompy and maybe some butter on the sourdough but other than that really nice and would definitely return!
Cafe Salt is always a real treat. The avocado, eggs and bacon (see pic) is out of this world and the coffee is always excellent. It’s quickly become my favourite place in Saltdean to unwind and enjoy some good food. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely brunch, the food was cooked perfectly. All the ingredients were fresh and the service was excellent. The cookies are fantastic too
We had a nice brunch here. Everything was very tasty but found it a little bit pricey for what it is considering the portion sizes etc. Otherwise it’s a nice café and we are happy to have a place like this in the village.
Food was really nice, service is lacking unfortunately. Tables left with previous peoples dishes and then not wiped down. Must be hard when busy but I wouldn't say it was that busy. Food great though !
The Mexican evening was delish. Food is full of flavour and zing. Salt is perfect for families wanting dinner out. Margarita was a welcome addition to dinner!
Weve been for coffee and lunch to. Menu is full of healthy tasty options. Coffee great and milkshakes.
