Been using Salisbury garage for a few years now, they open on a Saturday which is great as I work Mon to Fri. excellent staff very friendly and very professional and very fair on pricing.
Had my car repaired on 2 separate occasions and dave and the team are always lovely. Charge really reasonable prices and had my car fixed in no time.
Staff are pleasant enough and the turnarounds is quick when you take your car inbut there is just something I don't trust about them, each time I've taken my car in it's cost me £600 I'm not a mechanic and I know nothing about cars but I feel that they just exploiting that. I could be totally wrong but this is just how I feel, and also they offered pay monthly so it's not all bad
LRS delivered myself and my car. Young man was very helpful. Left my car there for repairs
Popped in Monday afternoon to have my tyres changed on my car. Required size was not in stock but they were ordered in for today. Fitted first thing in morning. Super friendly staff, they even gave my 2 little girls an Easter egg to share. Fantastic service.
Not having a good experience with this garage. They've had my car 3 full days already for fixing a fuel pump and still haven't done it. Every day I've telephoned to find out when I collect it and they give me another excuse about why they can't do it. First, no diagnostic machine on site, then supplier sent wrong fuel pump, and needs electronics checking which can't be done till tomorrow (which will be the 4th day). Very disappointed. If I ever get my car back I won't be using this garage again. They also accused me of being abusive to them when I've certainly not said anything rude or lost my patience with them.
Always happy with this garage nice and friendly staff and work done to a high standard any problems they always get rectified I've recommended a few people to this place and they have never had a problem
