Sehr gut, eine wirkliche Überraschung. Die Dekoration ist wie in Japan, die Qualität und beim Sashimi sogar sehr gut.
Das Restautant ist sehr alt abrr das Essen gut. Sushi war etwas fade und könnte noch ein wenig "sauce" vertragen
Alles super lecker
Je ne peux pas juger de la nourriture puisque j’ai appeler pour réserver 1 semaine en avance avec le passeport gourmand mais bien sur ils ont soit disant déjà atteint leur quota de passeport pour se week-end la. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi certain restaurant s’inscrivent dessus si c est pour refuser les clients qui veulent réserver avec. C’est très énervant. Hier avec mon copain on est aller manger dans un restaurant à colombier et sur les 10 tables qu il y avait autour de nous 6 avait le passeport gourmand et le personnel était quand même très accueillant, donc faut arrêter avec ses histoires de quota c’est n’importe quoi, ils nous ont fait très bonne impression et la nourriture était excellente donc c’est sur on y retournera et cette fois on payera le prix plein, eux ils ont compris le principe. Ok c est une perte d’argent pour le restaurateur mais si les clients sont contents ils reviennent. Là en l’occurrence avec ou sans le passeport gourmand on ne me reprendra plus à essayer de réserver dans se restaurant. Dommage j’adore les sushis et j’aurais pu devenir une cliente fidèle.

Good:
-Good Asian food for the price and being a Japanese restaurant in a small beautiful Swiss town, next to the old town tourist area.
-The decor feels warm and friendly
Bad:
- No customer service, it seems just to tourists. Does not greet guests with welcome, or ask about their food, or thank guests for choosing their place. I suppose they only care about serving locals. I do not understand why they are stunted when they see Asians visiting their Japanese restaurant by staring at someone who walked in to your restaurant. The guy which I assume is the owner/chef speaks mandarin, and we spoke to him in mandarin, but the waitress knows this speaks to us in French when we already made clear we can speak English or Mandarin. Gives us a weird look when I asked to split the bill (part business expense to write off), then talks to her colleague behind the counter to in French as if I don't know what they are talking about.
Suggestions if the owner is reading:
-If you want to attract more customers, try starting with customer service, the little details will go a long way.
-greet people with welcome, give appreciation to guests, ask about why they come visit your town from abroad..little small talks help people remember your place
Excellent japonais avec des plats traditionnels et un peu plus rares. Toujours un plaisir de pouvoir trouver de la glace aux haricots rouges! ???? Une fois par mois, le soir, un gd buffet chaud, froid, boissons et dessert. Vraiment ns retournons toujours avec un gd plaisir.
Soirée Sushi entre ami sur la terrasse.
Service très agréable, efficace et discret.
Nous avons très bien mangé et passé une belle soirée.
