Been dealing with this chemist for years from what used to be Lloyd’s Chemist now Sage Chemist; was concerned with the change things would change but I’m glad to say I was wrong in my assumption and glad that on both times I've always had the pleasure of dealing with Sula whom again I’ve know for years, always goes out of her way and with a smile on her face.

Brilliant staff in there especially Sam, helped my daughter out loads with her medication, gave us loads of advice and tips to try, lovely lady, thank you very much
Staff, especially the pharmacist Sam, at Field Street sorted out issues with 93 yr olds meds even though they were really busy. Likely saved a hospital admission, they went the extra mile and really appreciate what they did.
Always get what I need...but a lot of the staff look bored and really sad...like they don't enjoy their job. It can be a rather tense atmosphere. But boy is it a tardis in there! It looks tiny from the outside but goes back quite a way on the inside!
And the opening times! No good for working 9 to 5!!!!
We waited 15 mins for a prescription...which is a bit silly. Slightly understaffed.
Rude staff! I have been waiting for 15 min for the pharmacy to open at 9.00. About 8.58, a staff opened the front door walked in. Then she came out through the back door, went into the adjacent surgery, walked past me and went back into the pharmacy again after couple of minutes. She knew I tried the door and was waiting but gave no notice of me. Then at 9.05, she put a notice on the front door that the pharmacy will not be open cause they don’t have a pharmacist but I saw 2 staff inside the pharmacy. She should have told me earlier, I was waiting with my 1 month old child. Absolutely rubbish staff and pharmacy!!
Absolutely no use if you work full time Mon to Friday, they used to open til 6pm but now close at 5.30pm, so I will have to go a whole weekend without medication.. Used to open on a Saturday morning which was perfect for us weekday full time workers but nope, that stopped months ago... How is this a helpful service???

Is this Pharmacy ever open? Numerous times I have been to pick up prescription medication and there has been a sign on the door saying they closed due to staff sickness.
