2.5hrs late… stone cold and looked like it had been thrown around the boot of a car
Prior to this tried to chase up where it was, only to be hung up on once I’d given the address. Even after delivery, tried to call and sort it out and they said they wouldn’t cancel the order until the food had been returned, and sent the driver back to collect half an hour later .. AVOID .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Ordered a delivery at 7:15pm , told us delivery would be 1 hour maximum, received a delivery from just eat saying the food had been delivered @ 8:30pm , rang to see where it was , apparently was on its way , 9pm came still no delivery , gave them another call to be told the food was just been prepared and would be with us within the hour !!!! Absolutely shocking service !!!! Won’t use these ever again
my experience was very good. me and my boyfriend loved our meal, it came before the estimated time. we also received free poppadoms and pickle tray. the food was warm and tasty. i rang up and the girl on the phone was very nice and passed on a note for the delivery driver for me.
First time I’ve ordered from here and wow!! Ordered a lamb biriyani and a pizza. Pizza was nice but the biriyani was perfect. The lamb was bang on, the sauce was lovely and full of veg and potatoes too! Really really nice. They also gave me 2 free samosas and a free pickle tray which I thought was a lovely touch, it’s nice somewhere actually cares about customer service and not just money! Will definitely be ordering again!! Full of nice surprises, fantastic portions and lovely tasting food!
Absolutely terrible, food was over cooked, inedible lamb chops small in size and awful. Veg curry bland and no seasoning, didn't taste like curry. Veg spring rolls disgusting.
Delivery time was 45 minutes late

Over 3 hours since ordering, multiple calls to the restaurant to speak with someone who clearly doesn’t care and lies about where the order is, clearly no customer service skills. Finally had enough of waiting as we were so hungry so phoned to tell them to cancel the order and there was no apology or anything, she just said she would call the driver because he ‘had our food’, which was probably another lie and then puts the phone down on us. Rude and incompetent and ruined our Saturday night!!! Dont waste your time!!
Ordered this food tonight, kabab was absolutely rotten, I mean it wasn’t worth eating I’ve had better microwaveable kabab the naan was rank, the whole thing was just disgusting!!! And the lady was rude! Wouldn’t even swap the food never ate a thing of it, she told me she didn’t care how it tasted and I wasn’t getting anything back for it because “she sold loads of kababs” with no issues, liar! And disgraceful food! Needed a -1 star!!! DONT ORDER THIS UNLESS U WANNA WASTE UR MONEY! TOOK HOURS TO DELIVER!!!
