Fantastic quick and friendly service!
Called just before 13:00 enquiring about replacement windscreen wipers. Invited to come to garage after their lunch for mechanic to view to see if any in stock - or order if not.
Arrived at the agreed time and within 3 minutes I was on my way with the wipers fitted and for a very resonable price.
Can't ask for better!
Charging 85 pounds when massive gaping hole was obvious, old man retired so give a miss, Not NSF friendly, no shred 3 on cctv and kicked me out because my pet frog was on my lap #1star
A great experience at this garage. Mot back in September. Identified brakes needed doing soon. Appointment booked in for December to allow maximum value in the existing discs and brakes. To top it all, I damaged my mini wheel in a massive pot hole just before she was due at the garage. They sorted the lot in one visit, with a keen eye on the cost. Great friendly and efficient service. We shall definitely recommend the garage.
My friend recommended this place so I thought I'd try it.
I told them my car was a classic before I booked it in for the MOT. No courtesy car so had to arrange my own transport home and back again. The car then failed its MOT on various things, but they didn't even do the emissions test, as they decided the head gasket had gone (it hasn't) because the car ran a bit hot while sat in their garage. And then after all that they said they wouldn't take on the repair work needed to get it to pass! They charged me £54 for the MOT and sent me on my way.
If they'd said they wouldn't do any work needed beforehand, I'd have taken it to the usual garage - I should have stuck with what I knew!
My usual garage have looked at the car, tested and proved that the head gasket isn't gone, and are happy to do the rest of the work, none of which is a really big deal. Very disappointed.
Frankly shoddy service and would definitely not recommend. Steer clear! (pun intended).

Helpful, efficient and friendly. Nobody really enjoys getting MOTs but I recommend SW Motors to make it as easy and pleasant as possible. Had a couple of fails which they were great at sorting.
The absolute worst garage I have never been too, my car failed it’s MOT due to emissions and they couldn’t tell me why.
Sent me to a specialist who told me it’s due to a hole in the exhaust.
This hole was incredibly obvious right in the centre box in the middle, you only had to bend down and look under and you could see it.
How the initial mechanic carrying out the MOT missed this I’ll never know, it’s embarrassing and shameful.
I fixed the hole myself, and just like that my car passed on emissions.
I spent unnecessary money and was sent on a wild goose chase for no reason what so ever.
I do not recommend this garage at all, Sloth from the Goonies would give a car a better MOT examination than these bunch of dunces.

Excellent service James sorted my car gave me peace of mind it was safe to dive.They are all really nice and friendly definitely recommend this garage.They were very busy but could see we needed help and they certainly gave 100%.Thank you James you are a great asset to the garage.
