Took my car here for a tyre puncture repair. Even though they were busy they fixed it straight away so I could get to work. Excellent customer service in every aspect!
Terrible service, car was dropped off in morning for brakes, I tried calling in the afternoon to see if it was finI shed, nobody answered numerous calls so went to garage to ask if work was done, answer was just "no" (from steve) so I asked for keys and he sent me to the workshop to go and get them myself. No customer service at all!!!
Puncture repair done promptly.

Brilliant, couldn't find anyone else to do the job without going to BMW and paying BMW prices, would highly recommend them
Car went in for new bushings due to MOT fail, entire wishbones were purchased and fitted without consulting me, found out when I got the bill, also charged for tracking which was not completed, next garage I went to as I had uneven tyre wear asked me without prompting if I had had parts changed recently as "the tracking is way off" and "clearly has not been done since the parts have been changed" called the garage to complain and after 5 hours got a call back to say that "I must have hit a kerb" sent photos of extremely uneven tyre wear and explained how bad the tracking was but never got called back.
My car failed the MOT with a major issue which meant I couldn't take the car and return it for repair. There were also issues that delayed the MOT so it had to be done a day later.
However Steve was fantastic! He really pulled out all the stops to get my car done the following day. After having a good conversation with him it seems they've fallen on difficult times, but that didn't stop Steve, his wife Julie and the team providing great service.
I live in Cardiff and purposely take my car to S&T as I've always had a pleasant experience. Very trustworthy, straight forward, and really do their best to be fair.
Can highly recommend them, and I'll continue to use them in the future.
Poor customer service; the way I got spoken to by the “owners” isn’t acceptable nor is it professional, I had to go back to the garage several times because they hadn’t fixed my car, well over a month I was having to go back and forth, they replaced the part that THEY broke and made me pay although they was liable for damages, they didn’t make me aware of the costs till I was leaving, also when I was meant to go to the garage to have my car sorted on a few occasions when I arrived (as planned) they said how they didn’t have anyone to fix it that day
Prompt efficient service,value for money,staff courteous,would definitely recommend them.
