They will quote you one price on the phone, then charge you something else once they have the car and the work is done. Quoted me 60 on the phone, came back to a bill for 105 at collection.

They will not take your money if it's something they feel is not worth repairing, instead you will get good and honest advice on alternative steps to take. Unlike my past experience/s of having to repeatedly take my car repeatedly to other garages over the same problem or cause of previous problem.
