Very poor delivery service use to be very good at one stage staff could be more friendly. I guess to many customers. Will not be using this chemist any more very sorry for the inconvenience
Very poor communication, very bad company, they nominated themselves like my dispensing my medicines, I always been with Derby farmacy, they deliver wrong medicines and I've been waiting for delivery very long time.
Delivery 0 I had an athsma attack because they didn’t deliver my inhalers in like 5 months
Saf Latif driver for delivering medicines from this pharmacy has always gone beyond his duties to deliver my medicines day and night after s and s closing in evening respectable on time delivery driver with great attitude. S and S pharmacy need to promote this guy.
Excellent customer service overhaul,very friendly,polite staff, especially pharmist called Naeem very kind and helpful with good professional advice,very efficient,spot on repeats with reminder and delivery.Thank you.
Not happy my nans meds she ordered haven't turned up again she's know completely run out of the meds to help her sleep and shes has the vacine the other day n feels really I'll today so thanks again????
