Our repeat prescriptions are always ready on time, we now get a text message to inform us.
The staff have always been helpful to us and always friendly, never have had a problem with the service
If you wanna wait until its to late it's the pharmacy for you, they are always late with repeat prescriptions the manager bhauin Patel is rude and doesn't know his job role as a pharmacist and refuses to chase up repeat prescriptions, he is rude and should be ashamed of how he runs the pharmacy vulnerable people are left weeks without there meds telling carers that bed ridden patients that can't talk to come into the pharmacy complete breach in trading standards after lying to my face.
This pharmacy is absolutely atrocious, 3 Saturdays in a row it has opened late because (as mentioned by a member of staff) "the pharmacist is running late".
If it was a one off it would be understandable but as it's constantly an issue it causes problems.
As someone who works full time, Saturday mornings are the only chance I get to pick up prescriptions and having been turned away 3 times would be funny if it wasn't important.
It appears I'm not the only person who has had the same issue as there was a crowd of people equally frustrated by the staff refusing to open the premises 20 minutes after the advertised opening time.
I strongly advise not using this pharmacy.
Great experience here. Popped in 5 minutes before closing and they filled my prescription no problems. Very friendly staff.

Such a very poor chemist, do not give you the full amount of pills , cannot find your prescription after working through 1000s on their counter , they need a audit ASAP to get back to a standard that is not poor. They are very rude .
Always been helpful, both under the old management and the current new management. Staff are friendly and do their best, even with the difficult customers. Very happy to keep using this chemist for my prescriptions.
